An excursion to Guadalajara Zoo provides the perfect opportunity for enjoyable learning through stimulating, first-hand experiences to all the families and students immerse themselves in the local natural world.
The New herpetarium of the zoo is considered the largest in Latin America and it shows the visitors, through its modern exhibits, the habitats and living habits of the world of reptiles, such as: crocodiles, venomous snakes, iguanas, and turtles among others.
The Nocturnal House “Huentitan… Naturaleza de Noche” (Huentitan… nature at night) contains an exact reproduction of the fauna and flora of the Huentitan Gorge, but in its night phase, so visitors will be able to observe the night activity of some of these animals.
